Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Competitive hourly rates:

  • $227/hour – Day Shifts

  • $242/hour – Night Shifts

  • Up to $285/hour with quarterly wRVU bonuses

• Quarterly productivity incentives
