Physician - 65 Prime Plus Clinic - Forth Smith

Mercy is recruiting board eligible or board certified Physicians with a specific interest in building relationships, focusing on wellness, changing lives, and making a difference for seniors. This is an outpatient-only position with an established patient panel size of 600 patients on Medicare and Medicare Advantage. Multiple practice locations throughout the St. Louis market.  

65 Prime Plus by Mercy highlights:

• Value-based care – time with patients, relationship building, quality incentives.  

• Dedicated panel RN for telephone encounters, triage, and in basket support  

• In-person, virtual, or telephonic encounters – annual comprehensive visits, transitional care, and acute/urgent visits

• 30 minute – 1 hour appointment slots for all patients – adequate time without rush   

• Manage a patient panel size of 600 or 1,000 with APP support

• Compensation will be a guaranteed annual salary plus quality incentives and not dependent on production metrics or wRVUs allowing you to focus on relationships and time with patients!
