In this part-time role (24 hours per week), you’ll make a meaningful impact by guiding patients with confidence—whether over the phone or in person. You’ll handle incoming calls, direct patient inquiries, and help manage referral requests to keep our care teams moving smoothly. You’ll also support the front desk as needed, ensuring every patient is greeted with warmth and efficiency.

Schedule: Part-Time | 24 hours/week

Qualifications

Education: Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of one year customer service or receptionist experience.
Other skills & knowledge: Computer skills required.
