Scheduled Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Navigator vHospitalist Overview:
- Performs as a Navigator in the Hospitalists Telemedicine program Mercy Virtual and in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Mercy rules, regulations, policies and procedures, and performs all duties assigned by Operations Manager, in the Hospitalists program, concerning patients and their care.
- Facilitate patient/family experience at Mercy Virtual by providing coordinated personal, professional and compassionate service.
Qualifications:
Education: College degree preferred, high school diploma required.
Licensure: Class E Driver's License.
Experience: 2 plus years as a Medical Assistant required with previous experience in a Medical Office and/or Hospital.
Certification/Registration: BLS required or within 6 months of hire
Other skills & knowledge: Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in triage software and electronic medical record..
