OverviewPerforms general front office coordination, electronic medical record establishment and maintenance, new patient intake coordination and general clerical and secretarial duties to maintain an efficient and productive front office.
Position Details:
This position will work with Life Line membership coordination.
Monday -Friday
40 hours/week ; No Weekends
Education: High School diploma.
Experience: Medical terminology and insurance plans preferred.
Other: 1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.2. High level of computer literacy and skills. 3. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 4. Experience using a variety of office machinery such as multi-line telephone, copier, fax machine, and postal machine.5. Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of individuals
Preferred Education: One two years of college
