Overview:
Schedule appointments for Imaging Services areas. Responsible for receptionist duties including greeting patients, directing phone calls, working up requisitions and assisting physicians in locating films. The office assistant also files reports and film jackets, faxes reports and pulls films from big file and archives.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Previous experience in computer data entry and mathematical aptitude required.
Other: Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance programs required. Must possess good interpersonal communication skills.
