Mercy Clinic Family Medicine - Sullivan is powered by 1 Physician, 4 Advanced Practitioners, and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care. 

This Opportunity Offers:

• Clinic Hours: Monday-Fri 8am-4:30pm
• Full-time position - 40hrs/week
• Outpatient Clinic  
• Treating patients of all ages
• No weekend or call requirement 
• System-wide Epic EMR
