Program Benefits & Highlights:
This program offers up to $10,000/year in tuition support, covering 1 year of prerequisites and 2 years of the Nursing program. Funding includes tuition, books, registration/lab/technology fees, clinical scrubs, and more. It is designed to support a smooth transition into professional practice after graduation and provides direct career pathway opportunities within Mercy.
Eligibility Criteria:
Enrolled in nursing prerequisites, or actively enrolled in a nursing program at a participating school (RN & LPN)

1 Letter of Recommendation
Unofficial Transcript (if applicable)

Work & Commitment Requirements:
Work a minimum of 16 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks) in a Patient Care Associate, Nurse Tech, or similar role (must be a hospital-based position)
Must sign a contract agreeing to work 1-3 years at Mercy Jefferson after graduation (depending on years funded)
Application Deadline: April 24th for Summer semester, July 24th for Fall semester
