OverviewThe member service desk representatives purpose is to greet our members with a positive attitude given any situation. They must be able to multi-task while keeping a cool composure. The member service desk representative must be physically capable of performing all job duties.

Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma
Experience: None
Other: Basic computer skills, good phone etiquette, must be able to multi-task.
Preferred Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer service.
Preferred Certifications: CPR certification/AED
