Overview:
The Manager – Reimbursement works to ensure accurate governmental reimbursement through cost reporting and other state and federal reporting.
This role works cooperatively with others as part of a team, recognizing the importance of group goals.
This role performs and/or oversees designated month end, quarterly and annual reserves and reporting for government programs.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Science in business, accounting, or finance.
Experience:
- 7 years of experience working with cost reports.
- 5 years of experience managing staff and/or reviewing cost reports prepared by others.
- 5 years of experience with State FRA program regulations and reserves.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
- In depth knowledge of all Microsoft applications with special focus on Excel and all the functions and features within Excel.
- In depth knowledge and experience with HFS cost reporting software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
