The Manager - HR Talent Analytics leads the development and delivery of workforce insights that drive key talent decisions and organizational performance. In this role, the Manager – HR Talent Analytics will manage HR data analytics initiatives, create actionable insights, and partner cross-functionally to improve employee engagement, retention, talent acquisition, development, workforce planning, and overall HR effectiveness.Position Details:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Proven experience in HR analytics, people analytics, business intelligence or a related field, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Organizational Psychology or related field.
Experience:
- Experience in machine learning or predictive modeling within an HR context.
- Experience with Workday and Workday Reporting and Analytics tools.
Certification(s): Certification in data analytics or HR analytics.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences through strong data storytelling abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and systems, metrics and talent lifecycle.
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL, Python, or R.
- Familiarity with survey tools and statistical analysis of engagement data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Collaborative, curious, and innovative mindset.
