The Orthopedics team provides care for a variety of ortho specialty patients, including (but not limited to): elective knee and hip replacements, back, neck, foot and ankle. This is a great opportunity for an LPN seeking to utilize critical thinking skillsets in a fast-paced and team oriented environment.
Proposed Schedule (12 Hr Shifts): Days (7:00a-7:30p) or Nights (7:00p-7:30a)
*Multiple Shifts Available (PRN, Part-Time and Full-Time)
Overview:
According to the plan for care prescribed by the Registered Nurse for assigned patients, the LPN will provide individualized nursing care in accordance with the Standards of Nursing Practice for adult and geriatric patients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.
- Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Experience: Can be new or experienced LPN
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
