Overview:
Responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Must assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients' needs and care.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements. Must be licensed driver.
- Experience: 1 year of experience as a LPN
- Certification(s): CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
- Physical Requirements:
- Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
