Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Opportunities!
Part-Time | 24 Hours/Week
Day Shift: 7:00am-7:30pm
Weekend Option: Saturday & Sunday
Weekend Differential: $20.00/hr on top of base pay
Sign-On Bonus Eligible
$2,000 - No Contract!

About Behavioral Health:
Mercy Behavioral Health Services provides a structured and therapeutic environment to individuals suffering from psychiatric illness, behavioral disorders and chemical dependency. Here at Mercy our dedicated multi-disciplinary team promotes a structured therapeutic program to help those in crisis through evaluation, education, medication therapy, individual and group therapy and relapse prevention.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the state of Missouri and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
- Required Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
- Physical Requirements/Demands: Stand/Walk most of the time on duty; significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds.
- NOTE: One or more of the certifications below may be required based on the position/unit hired to, or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe:- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)- PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)- S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) Six Assessment & Care Modules- Other unit-specific certifications as required
- Preferred Certifications: IV Certification within 1 year of hire
