Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Work Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, operations, management, project coordination or related field
- Experience supporting team dynamics, operational processes, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance, or other similar areas.
- Exposure to recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives and/or other people-focused initiatives.
- Experience working in healthcare, mission-driven organization or other sectors with a strong focus on people and culture is a plus.
- Ability to serve onsite at a Mercy facility a minimum of two days/week with flexibility for remote work as needed.
