Overview: Informatics Analyst onsite Ft. Smith Arkansas
Hybrid Role: After 6 months training expected to be onsite about 3 days a week and 2 days remote (Work from home).
- Provides institutional expertise in the delivery of clinical care as it relates to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Program
- Evaluates and promotes new technologies with a focus on streamlining clinical documentation and assessment processes.
- Participates in the development and advanced implementation support of automated clinical processes.
- Provides at the elbow and other end user support for all end users of the EHR.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
- Required Education: Associates degree in healthcare field, specialized training or equivalent work experience with electronic health record.
- Other: Good communication skills both verbal & written.Additional Requirements: Preferred previous experience with Epic EHR. Preferred experience with data analytics, data management associated with systems evaluation, preferred experience in medical policy documentation, experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment. Experience with business applications.
In-patient Epic experience required
