Overview:
The Decontamination Process Tech I is responsible for the handling of hazardous materials and waste products within safe guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions. Previous experience with performing manual tasks. Prior experience working with the public; customer service. Prior waste removal experience within a hospital
- Physical Requirements:
- Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
- Physical Requirements:
- Preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
