This individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned.Position Details:
Full Time: 40 hours
Schedule:
- 10:30am-6:30pm
- Monday through Friday ; every other weekend
Jefferson: Food Handlers within 90 days of hire.
Springfield: Food Handers within 90 days of hire.
Other: Skills, knowledge and abilities: Excellent integrity Takes initiative Good moral character. Basic Math Skills Time Management Skills Great interpersonal skills
Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Equipment Used: All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer Also able to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.
Preferred Education: High school diploma or its equivalent.
