Overview:
Develops, delivers, and coordinates the standardized new hire orientation programs for licensed and unlicensed clinical coworkers across the Ministry. Responsible for developing and updating core programs in alignment with evidence-based practice. Develops, delivers and coordinates ongoing education for change efforts and annual competency including but not limited to recurring certifications related to life support and workplace safety.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Discipline Required or enrolled within 6 months of hire.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
License: Current appropriate state license if required in discipline.•
Certifications: BLS provider
Preferred Education: BSN/Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Preferred License: RN License
Preferred Experience: 2 years teaching experience
Prefered Certification: Specialty Certification (NPD within 2 years preferred)
