The Charge RN leads and coordinates patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices in alignment with established standards. Serves as a clinical resource and supports high-quality patient outcomes.Position Details:

10,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time RNs
with at least 1 year of experience
NO CONTRACT
Unit Details:
Bed Numbers: 26
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 6:1
Patient Population:
This unit offers a strong mix of orthopedic and surgical nursing, giving team members the opportunity to build expertise in post-operative care, rehabilitation, and patient education. Nurses play a key role in helping patients regain mobility, function, and independence following injury or surgery.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state or compact state required
Certifications:
BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire
Additional certifications may be required based on unit, including: ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, OCN, CPHON, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
Prolonged standing and walking
Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
