Responsible for the case management and provision of quality home nursing services to patients within the agencys philosophy, policy, and Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.Position Details:

Full-time Onsite Opportunity
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
Licensure: Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse
Experience: Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
Other: Valid driver's license and required auto liability insurance.
Preferred Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
Preferred Experience: Home Health experience.
