The Cardiovascular Paramedic will work within the Cardiac Cath Lab department to support and provide excellent care to all Cath Lab patients. The Cardiovascular Paramedic will work in Prep/Recovery as well as in the procedural rooms as an integrated part of the Cardiac Cath Lab team.Position Details:
Qualifications:
Education: Successful completion of Paramedic training program. Advanced ECG interpretation skills required.
Experience: Preferred Two (2) years' experience in a Cardiac Stress Lab (but not required) or two (2) years of hospital and/or pre-hospital experience. Advanced ECG interpretation skills required.
Licensure/Certifications/Registrations Required: Current valid license in the state of practice issued by the State Department of Health as a Paramedic. Current certification in Basic Life Support. ACLS.
