Overview:
Provides direct patient care under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse consistent with the established guidelines of practice, the Goals of Mercy Health System, the Philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics and the Co-worker Code of Conduct. Performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Experience: Prefer experience working with mentally ill as Nursing Assistant or Mental Health Technician.Certifications: Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period
- Required Education: N/A
- Preferred Education: Prefer successful completion of a High School Diploma and/or Nurse Assistant training course and/or possesses a significant amount of Nurse Assistant experience.
- Certifications: Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period
