Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Opportunity in St. Louis, MO!

Previous Behavioral Health Advanced Practitioner Primary Care experience is strongly preferred.

Candidates must reside in the St. Louis area. This is a hybrid position that will require onsite hours at the Mercy Virtual Care Center in Chesterfield, MO, and work from Home.

This role will be providing consults virtually and supporting the Collaborative Care program, which is behavioral health integration within the primary care setting.  This will include phone calls to the PCP to review medications or next steps in care and working with the Case Managers on advice and brief interventions for their behavioral health needs.

• Hours: Monday-Fri 8am-4:30pm
