Responsibilities
- Perform routine and repetitive tasks such as rooming patients, recording vitals, and preparing equipment
- Maintain factual and thorough patient documentation in the electronic medical record system
- Assist in clinical procedures, ensuring that all actions follow efficient procedures and safety protocols
- Communicate with patients and staff in a respectful and diplomatic manner
- Support providers with a single focus on quality, accuracy, and patient care efficiency
- Contribute to a cooperative and team-oriented environment during high-volume periods
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an urgent care or outpatient clinical setting strongly desired
- Strong analytical and deliberate work style – attentive to detail and adaptable under pressure
- Dependable, self-disciplined, and comfortable performing tasks that require precision and consistency
Schedule
- Competitive pay
- Work hours: 7 a.m to 7 p.m. – 36 hours each week
- Work rotation: work 6 days in a 14-day period with 7 days off in a row; no holidays or Sundays worked
