What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Medical Imaging - Full Time position at Mercy Regional Medical Center?
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
CPR (BLS)
Current Licensure through Louisiana State Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners.
Previous Supervisory/Management experience required. Preferably in Radiology
Extensive knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging operation in an acute care setting.
Knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging Operation in an acute care setting
Comprehensive knowledge of Federal, State, and other regulatory agencies regulations as it relates to Diagnostic Imaging services.
Excellent team leadership and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize multiple demands.
Effective communication skills both orally and written.
Ability to form strong physician relations with the Radiology Medical Directors as well as hospital leadership, and other key departments.
Computer/Keyboarding Skills
Licenses & Certifications
Preferred- Basic Life Support
- Radiology Technician
