At Mercy Plus Healthcare, we're expanding our ABA team in St. Clair and are looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing organization.
Our full-time BCBAs maintain a 25 billable hour per week expectation, allowing you to focus on providing quality clinical care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our center-based model provides consistent scheduling, strong clinical support, and opportunities to build lasting relationships with the families you serve.

What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and oversee evidence-based ABA programming
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Analyze clinical data and modify treatment plans based on client progress
- Complete documentation in accordance with BACB, Medicaid, and insurance requirements
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Michigan Behavior Analyst License (or eligibility)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
