At Mercy Plus Healthcare, our center-based ABA model allows many of our hourly BCBAs to maintain up to 25 billable hours per week, creating consistent income while giving you more control over your schedule.
Unlike many hourly BCBA opportunities, you'll only need to be in the center during your scheduled billable appointments. Documentation, treatment planning, and other non-billable responsibilities can be completed on your own schedule, giving you the flexibility to structure your workday in a way that works best for you.
Our unique compensation model pays $77–$91 per billable hour based on experience, giving full-time clinicians the opportunity to earn well into six figures while enjoying the flexibility of an hourly position.
Example earning potential: A BCBA working 25 billable hours per week at $91/hour earns approximately $118,000 annually.

What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and oversee evidence-based ABA programs
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
- Complete documentation that meets BACB, Medicaid, and insurance requirements
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Michigan Behavior Analyst License (or eligibility)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism preferred
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
