Schedule: Part-time | Afternoon availability required | Providing clients transportation is required.
Pay: Starting at $16/hr, with the opportunity to earn up to $18/hr in your first year based on performance

No experience? No problem! We provide paid, hands-on training to help you become a confident and skilled professional in the field of ABA.
What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Follow each child’s personalized treatment plan to help build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect data and document progress during sessions
- Collaborate with your clinical team and communicate effectively with families and coworkers
- Maintain a positive, clean, and safe environment for clients
- Participate in ongoing team meetings and professional development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Reliable vehicle with auto insurance and a valid drivers license
- Compassionate, reliable, and eager to help others
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Must pass background checks and obtain a current TB test (can be completed after hire)
- CPR/First Aid and QBS certifications required (training provided by us!)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active play with children
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
