At Mercy Plus, we’re expanding our ABA Therapy services and are looking for both Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) to join our growing clinical team.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Leadership & Supervision
- Provide high-quality ABA therapy with 25 billable hours per week (BCBA).
- Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.) and create individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and RBTs, ensuring clinical excellence.
- Monitor data, analyze progress, and make evidence-based adjustments.
Coaching & Training
- Deliver engaging, hands-on training for staff and families.
- Support practicum students and future BCBAs/BCaBAs.
- Promote professional growth with ongoing mentorship and collaboration.
Client & Family Support
- Build strong, compassionate relationships with clients and caregivers.
- Collaborate with families to generalize skills across home, school, and community.
- Apply de-escalation strategies (QBS Safety-Care or CPI training a plus).
Organization & Teamwork
- Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and supervision reports.
- Participate in team meetings, quality improvement, and community outreach.
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification (BCBA or BCaBA) with state licensure/credentials.
- Clear background check, CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel locally; able to lift 50 lbs as needed.
- Passion for working with children with autism and related disorders.
