Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Full-Time | Alma, Michigan
Mercy Plus is expanding ABA services in the Alma area and is seeking a BCBA who enjoys collaborative clinical work, problem-solving, and supporting a team. This role is ideal for someone who values high-quality care and a positive, professional work environment.
Position Overview
The BCBA will provide assessment, treatment planning, supervision, training, and family support for clients in the Alma region. This position offers a balanced mix of direct and indirect clinical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Planning
- Manage a balanced caseload
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Review data and update programming as needed
- Provide ongoing parent and caregiver training
- Maintain clinical and ethical standards
Team Support & Leadership
- Supervise and coach RBTs and behavior technicians
- Lead trainings, case reviews, and skill-building sessions
- Support clinical students and developing BCBAs
Collaboration & Center Culture
- Build strong relationships with families and staff
- Participate in team meetings and center initiatives
- Partner with leadership to maintain quality and consistency
Documentation & Professional Standards
- Complete documentation and supervision logs in a timely manner
- Stay current with CEUs and continuing education requirements
Qualifications
- Active BCBA applicable state requirements
- Ability to pass background screening
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to complete after hire)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel locally as needed
- QBS certification or willingness to complete training
