Schedule: Part-time, afternoon availability required (10-15 hours per week)
Transportation: Must be able to transport clients
Pay: Range of $16-$19 an hour to start depending on experience and certifications.

What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will include:
- Supporting children using evidence-based ABA therapy
- Following individualized treatment plans to build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Tracking progress and documenting session data
- Collaborating with your clinical team and maintaining strong communication
- Creating a positive, safe, and encouraging environment
- Participating in trainings, team meetings, and ongoing development
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Compassionate, patient, and eager to learn
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow clinical guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active play
- Must pass background checks and obtain a TB test (after hire)
- CPR/First Aid & QBS certifications required (training provided!)
