About the Role

Mercy Plus is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Saginaw Autism Center. In this role, you’ll support staff, clients, and families, while ensuring smooth business operations like scheduling, billing, and payroll.
This is more than just an operations job — you’ll partner with our Regional Clinical Director to grow the center, build community connections, and help families access the care they need.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of behavior technicians, BCBAs and BCaBAs
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, billing, and general office operations
- Track important data (staffing, contracts, billable hours, applicant flow) and prepare reports
- Hire and onboard new staff, while fostering a supportive and positive work culture
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, training requirements, and credentialing
- Partner with the Regional Clinical Director to grow the center and support marketing efforts
- Be the go-to connection for parents, staff, and referral sources, addressing needs with care and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of office management or leadership experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to scheduling/reporting software and fast-changing needs
- Compassionate, client-focused, and team-oriented mindset
- Must pass background checks and maintain confidentiality
