What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk/Office Assistant position at Mercy Pharmacy?

We are looking for an Office Administrator & Bookkeeper. QuickBook familiarity is a must.

This position is for a part-time only.

Need to come in 3 days per week. Hours and Days are flexible and negotiable. Need someone dependable and trustworthy.

There is a 3 month probation

Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years' experience in office management and bookkeepping experience

  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Clear and consistent communication via email, phone and in person
  • Expert with Outlook, multiple calendars, schedule, and able to prioritize
  • High proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Word, MS Excel, and strong computer skills in general
  • Able to solve problems and work with minimal supervision
  • Calm and pragmatic in nature
  • Strong administrative & organizational skills
  • Prompt and dependable daily attendance
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment
  • Ability to lead and provide direction
  • Professional and polished in speech and writing
  • High level of honesty, integrity, energy, and personal accountability
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Must pass background check.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
