What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk/Office Assistant position at Mercy Pharmacy?
We are looking for an Office Administrator & Bookkeeper. QuickBook familiarity is a must.
This position is for a part-time only.
Need to come in 3 days per week. Hours and Days are flexible and negotiable. Need someone dependable and trustworthy.
There is a 3 month probation
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years' experience in office management and bookkeepping experience
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Clear and consistent communication via email, phone and in person
- Expert with Outlook, multiple calendars, schedule, and able to prioritize
- High proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Word, MS Excel, and strong computer skills in general
- Able to solve problems and work with minimal supervision
- Calm and pragmatic in nature
- Strong administrative & organizational skills
- Prompt and dependable daily attendance
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment
- Ability to lead and provide direction
- Professional and polished in speech and writing
- High level of honesty, integrity, energy, and personal accountability
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check.
