Position Details
- Childcare Assistant
- Early Childhood Support Staff (Full-Time & Part-Time Available)
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children
- Support daily routines, play, and learning activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
- Encourage positive behavior and emotional expression
- Collaborate with team members to support each child’s development
- Communicate effectively with staff and families
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood settings
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Understanding of child development (emotional, social, behavioral)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- (Early childhood coursework is a plus)
