Responsibilities
A Registered Nurse demonstrates competent patient and family- centered care using the nursing process. The Registered Nurse will work with the interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based patient care, positive patient care experiences and quality outcomes in the professional nursing practice environment.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam BSN Preferred
- Must obtain 20 Contact hours per year, fifty percent of which must be clinically focused. Academic course credits may be used on a 1:1 credit hour exchange.
- Must possess 1 year of current clinical experience
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS upon hire
- McAuley Surgery Center - ACLS within 1 year of hire or 6 months of promotion
- Registered Nurse License
