Responsibilities
The clinical manager assumes 24 hour accountability and responsibility for the operation of the TCU. He/she combines clinical expertise with the application of leadership and nursing management principles to deliver high quality, cost-effective patient care and ensure satisfaction to both internal and external customers. He/she ensures the unit remains in compliance with all federal and state regulations for comprehensive care facilities.

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.

Requirements
- BSN or Higher preferred
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Must possess a degree in Nursing
- At least one year of sub acute or long term care experience and 2 years of management experience or demonstrated ability in effective communication, problem-solving, performance motivation and leadership.
- Licensed RN in Maryland
- Maintain current CPR/BLS
