**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks and providing exceptional support to our staff. This role is a vital part of our organization, and we are looking for someone who can handle multiple tasks and prioritize their responsibilities effectively. The successful candidate will have a background in office management, experience in medical/clinical setting, and the ability to manage staff and schedules. The Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining our office environment, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
**Duties**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including supervising clerical staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and manage medical office operations, including scheduling appointments, handling patient records, and communicating with medical providers.
- Provide administrative support to our medical team, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including patient records, vendor contracts, and financial documents.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and inventory management.
- Coordinate and manage office events and meetings, including scheduling rooms and arranging catering.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
