We are currently looking for an Affordable Housing Project Manager I to lead the finance, development, and acquisition of affordable, multi-family housing. The successful Project Manager will be connected with the affordable housing community in Atlanta, and will serve as a resource for other team members.
This position is hybrid-eligible.
Pay: $80,000-90,000 annually, dependent on experience.

- Review sites or projects for potential development of new construction, complexes for potential acquisition, or potential re-syndication opportunities.
- Lead others in the application process and fully navigate through Mercy's approval process. Engages and solves issues directly with internal/external parties.
- Prepare feasibility or project analysis responding to project criteria. Includes identification of needs, project risks, property rehabilitation needs, population served, financial feasibility, and community plan as needed.
- Execute job tasks (duties) with final review by Project Developer II or higher.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Planning, or related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in low-income housing development work.
- Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Planning, or related field.
- Certification in Real Estate Development.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Superior written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.
- Highly effective problem-solving and flexibility while remaining focused on solutions.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
