The successful IT Project Coordinator III will lead the design of Mercy Housing offices and properties’ cabling and setup. Accountable for technology-related asset management of hardware, software, and services. Work with property staff to document currently installed technology, determine and install any new technology needs, and staff training. Manage and anticipate property technology needs. Provide administrative, planning, technical, and training support. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
Pay: $74,656-75,314 annually, dependent on experience.

Duties
- Ensure that the Property Development centralized documentation is updated at all times.
- Manage division 27 standard networking infrastructure for IT closets at each Property with updated documentation.
- Network cable design and working with building developers and low-voltage vendors.
- Manage outside vendor services for onsite support and installations. Resolve escalated support issues with third-party vendors.
- Identify progress, developing issues, roadblocks/barriers to success, budget implications, and potential workaround strategies. Communicates regularly to project sponsors, team members on solutions and budget implications of decisions that need to be made throughout a project.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Five (5) years in computer troubleshooting and network topology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Willing to travel up to 40%
Knowledge and Skills
- Autonomy in decision.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a strong service orientation to resolve complex issues. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications, printers, scanners, VOIP phones, firewalls, switches, wireless access points and other computer and network devices.

- Coordinate multiple priorities independent of manager interaction in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions. Big picture view while tracking details and commitments. Organization, project management and meeting facilitation skills and experience.
- Autonomy in decision making when dealing with General Contractors in placing network resources and cabling.
