Mercy High School in Burlingame, CA, an all-girls Catholic, college preparatory school, is growing and seeking passionate, student-centered educators to join our faculty for the 2026–2027 school year!

Across all roles, faculty are expected to demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and a commitment to the mission of Catholic education.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject area
• California Secondary Teaching Credential
• Secondary teaching experience preferred
• Comfort with (or willingness to learn) instructional technology

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in subject area or education
• Experience with collaborative tools (e.g., Google Workspace)

Religious Studies candidates should also have a background in theology and a demonstrated understanding of Catholic education.
