Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports. May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under general supervision.
Essential Job Functions
High School Diploma or GED Required
2 Year/Associates Degree Preferred
Less than 4 years experience in providing administrative /clerical experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in healthcare.(preferred)
