What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRN Position Mercy Health Springfield Neurosurgery Acute NP or PA position at Mercy Health Springfield Regional - Springfield, OH?
We are seeking a PRN Advanced Practice Clinician (Acute NP or PA) to provide neurosurgery support at both Springfield Regional Medical Center and Mercy Health Springfield Neurosurgery. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality care across inpatient, ambulatory, and operating room (OR) settings. The APC will assist with call coverage responsibilities, including weekend rounding and acute treatment oversight (ATO) in a 1:4 evening and weekend call rotation.

- Average patient load is 15-20/day
- Adult & Geriatric
- Clinic support - Office hours for clinic are Monday – Friday 8– 4:30
- This is a PRN position.
- Support physician with IP and OP surgery rounding.
- First assist or willingness to become a First Assist in the OR.
- BrainLab and Loopx Technology.
