Patient Services Representative

The Patient Services Representative plays an essential role in ensuring patient satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing requests, and resolving concerns efficiently. Working within a small to medium customer service team, this role communicates primarily through phone and email to support patients effectively. The representative collaborates cross-functionally with other departments and occasionally visits different sites to maintain seamless service delivery. This position may involve standard office hours or shift work, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
• Process patient requests and maintain accurate records of interactions
• Address and resolve escalated patient complaints efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service and scheduling issues
