The Front Desk Receptionist Data Entry Clerk plays a vital role in enhancing patient satisfaction by efficiently managing inquiries, processing requests, and resolving concerns. Working within a small centralized customer service team and reporting to the Customer Service Manager or Administrative Supervisor, this role requires strong communication and organizational skills. The position involves supporting patients primarily via phone and email, coordinating with multiple teams across locations, and occasionally traveling between sites. Working hours may include standard business hours as well as shifts during evenings and weekends.
