Position Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll blend innovation with compassionate care by incorporating AI-powered documentation tools into your practice. This role allows you to focus on helping patients regain independence while improving the accuracy and efficiency of your documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy sessions centered on patient functionality and goals.
Document therapy progress with the support of AI technology, reducing after-hours workload.
Deliver care with full attention and connection to patients.
Patient-Centered Care: Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients.
Reduced Documentation Burden: Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time.
Work-Life Balance: Cut down on after-hours documentation, allowing more time for family and personal priorities.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required.
Two (2) years of experience as a Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
Active and unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.
Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
