Registrar/Scheduler

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday (No weekends or holidays)
- Primary Location: 3 x 8-hour shifts at Clermont
- Secondary Location: 1 x 8-hour shift at Jewish Hospital
- Additional Responsibilities: 4 hours of regional support on Fridays at Clermont (or every other Friday for 8 hours)
This position offers flexibility, with a unique schedule combining in-person shifts at both Clermont and Jewish locations, along with regional referral work. You will be able to work some regional tasks remotely from Clermont.
Performs a variety of administrative functions. Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation. Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations. Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports. May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under general supervision.
Essential functions:
- Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation.
- Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.
- Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports. May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
- Collects, compiles, and analyzes moderately complex data and information.
- Composes straightforward written descriptions of results.
- All paperwork such as work orders, PM's and required learning are complete, accurate within the required time frame.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Data Entry and plant maintenance experience preferred
