Job Summary and Responsibilities
The incumbent participates in programs involving operation and maintenance of buildings, grounds, equipment, distribution lines for steam, hot water, plumbing, electricity, refrigeration, sanitation for hospital and Medical Office buildings. Will respond effectively to emergency situations, including fire, disruptions of above stated utilities or other emergency situations.
Job Requirements
Required:
- Associates Of Science in Mechanical Electrical Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 years overall experience required
- 2 years hospital experience preferred
