Position Purpose:

What You Will Do
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate strategic opportunities.
- Assist in developing short- and long-term strategic plans aligned with Mercy Care’s goals.
- Prepare business cases, financial models, and feasibility studies for new programs.
- Translate complex data into clear presentations and actionable recommendations.
- Support strategic projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to stakeholder communications.
- Build reports using electronic medical records to support data-driven decisions.
- Provide administrative support to the planning team as needed.
- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, Economics, or related field.
- Strong interest in healthcare strategy and project management.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
