Position Purpose

The role requires compassion, consistency, and a strong commitment to serving vulnerable populations, including weekend availability.
What You Will Do
- Monitor daily resident activities and document observations during each shift
- Enforce shelter rules, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards
- Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify safety or maintenance concerns
- Respond to emergencies and conflicts with professionalism and compassion
- Assist with distribution of supplies to residents as needed
- Communicate census updates and key information to shelter and case management staff
- Collaborate with case managers to support resident needs and goals
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all Mercy Care and Trinity Health policies
